Taiwan has experienced structural political transition in 2016 and its democracy and government policies have entered a new age of development. In addition to that, rapid changes in global and region political and economic situations have brought about an unprecedented window of opportunities to the nation and people of Taiwan, while enduring highly complicated uncertainty and multiple risks.
