About Us

Taiwan Brain Trust was founded by Mr. Koo Kwang-ming in January 2010. It is a policy innovation, research consulting, and political-economic risk assessment institution. It was originally subordinated to New Taiwan Peace Foundation and transferred to Ketagalan Foundation on September 1, 2016. Its creator is former President Chen Shui-bian, its current chairperson is Legislator Gao Jyh-peng, and its current CEO is Mr. Chen Chih-chung. The purpose of this think tank is to advocate world peace, economic prosperity, national development, and good governance, thus providing policy assessment and suggestions to governmental and civil decision-makers. At the same time, while facing global changes, newly-emerging opportunities and versatile challenges, we also provide assistance on educating future social elites regarding national development, international cooperation, political change, and economic vitality. It opens up a bright future for a better Taiwan under global political and economic challenges.
